On behalf of the City Council , I am requesting a joint meeting
between the Utility Commission and the Council to discuss the following
tnatters :
1 . Water tank plans and specifications
2 . Water system for K-Mart and Valley Industrial Park 5th Addition
3 . Oversizing of watermains
I am suggesting that this meeting be held on September 11th at
6 : 00 P.M. and will make appropriate arrangements unless I hear otherwise .

RE: Special Meeting Session
Dear Commissioners :
You are hereby notified that there will be a special meeting
of the Shakopee Housing and Redevelopment Authority at 11 :00 P.M.
on Tuesday, September 11, 1979, at the Shakopee City Hall Council
Chambers .
The purpose of this meeting is to meet jointly with the
Scott County H.R.A. to discuss the possibility of contracting with
the County H.R.A. for utilization of their staff; and any other
business which may come before the Commission.
If you are unable to attend at this time , please let me know.
