Introduction and Background
The public hearing on the pay 1997 tax levy and budget is
set for December 4, 1996 at 7 : 00 PM. Councilor Sweeney is
prepared to make the presentation.
Action
1 . Open, hold the public hearing, close the hearing.
2 . The Mayor announces that the tax levy and budget will be
adopted on December 17, 1996 at 7 : 00 PM. (Assuming that
the 12/4 hearing is not continued. )
