Action Sought
Approve the Sewer Service Charges rate change on page 17 of the 2013 Fee Schedule.
Background
During review of the recently approved fee schedule, it was noted that the Sewer Service Charge (page 17, section
K, item 2.a. and 2.b.) adopted in the 2013 Fee Schedule on January 8, 2013 is incorrect.
Properties using the Savage sewer interconnects have a rate increase from $3.63 to $3.70 for every 1,000 gallons or
part thereof metered flow or water usage. All other properties have a rate increase from $2.03 to $2.07 for every
1,000 gallons or part thereof metered flow or water usage. The corrections are noted in the attached document.
Once adopted, the corrected page will be replaced in the 2013 Fee Schedule.
Recommendation
To approve the increase of Sewer Service Charges on page 17, section K, items 2.a. and 2.b. of the 2013 Fee
Schedule as noted above.
