We are also attaching a Stipulation to Waive Bond for Costs
and Supersedeas"Bond herein. We would presume that you would have
no objection to the waiver of the bond in view of the financial
status of the defendant and the fact that it is insured through the
Travelers Insurance Company. In the event that you do have some
