President Whiting, Commissioner DuLaney, Commissioner Lara, Commissioner
Contreras, and Commissioner Lehman
ABSENT:

2) Approval of Agenda
Commissioner Contreras made a motion to approve of Agenda, second by
Commissioner DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
3) Consent Business
3.a) Approval of EDA Meeting Minutes
Commissioner Lehman made a motion to approve the EDA minutes, second by
Commissioner Contreras and the motion passed. 5 - 0
4) General Business

4.a) Purchase Contract for certain properties for Affordable Housing to be
Assigned to the Scott County CDA
Commissioner Contreras made a motion to approve Resolution R2026-
004, approving the acquisition of property located at 1211 4th Avenue
East, and authorizing the assignment of the purchase agreement to the
Scott County Community Development Agency, second by
Commissioner DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
