Council Member Whiting made a motion to approve the agenda with the
modification of removing item 5.k from the agenda, second by Council

2026 Metropolitan Council Regional Solicitation Program
5.m) Approval of the May 19, 2026, City Council Minutes
Council Member Contreras made a motion to approve the consent agenda,
second by Council Member DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
