Council Member Whiting made a motion to approve the consent agenda with
the modification of pulling items 6.q and 6.r for separate consideration,
second by Council Member DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0

Council Member Whiting made a motion to approve Resolution R2026-
051, Approving General Fund Transfers of $475,000 to the Buildings
Fund and $1,850,000 to the Parks Development Fund, second by
Council Member Contreras and the motion passed. 4 - 1

6.r) Approve Local Funding Commitment for the Minnesota Riverbank
Stabilization Project
Council Member Contreras made a motion to approve Resolution
R2026-047, for Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Grant
Funding Assistance for the City of Shakopee River Stabilization Project,
second by Council Member DuLaney and the motion passed. 4 - 1

Council Member Contreras made a motion to recess to the EDA, second by
Council Member DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0

11.a) APPEAL of Board of Adjustment and Appeals Decision on Revocation of
a Conditional Use Permit at 8610 Hansen Avenue
Council Member Whiting made a motion to approve Resolution R2026-
055, a resolution upholding the Board of Adjustment and Appeals
decision to revoke the conditional use permit for vehicle repair at
8610 Hansen Avenue., second by Council Member DuLaney and the
motion passed. 5 - 0
11.b) APPEAL of Board of Adjustment and Appeals Decision on Revocation of
Conditional Use Permit at 1555 Maras Street.

Council Member DuLaney made a motion to approve Resolution R2026-
056, which upholds the Board and Adjustment and Appeals decision to
rescind a conditional use permit at 1555 Maras Street., second by
Council Member Lara and the motion passed. 5 - 0
11.c) APPEAL of Board of Adjustment and Appeals Decision on Revocation of
a Conditional Use Permit at 1515 Maras St.
Council Member Contreras made a motion to approve Resolution
R2026-059, a resolution upholding the Board of Adjustment and
Appeals decision to revoke the conditional use permit for exterior
storage of vehicles at 1515 Maras St., second by Council Member
DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
11.d) Final Nat of Southbridge Crossings Seventh Addition
Council Member Lara made a motion to approve Resolution R2026-057
approving the final plat of Southbridge Crossings Seventh Addition,
second by Council Member Contreras and the motion passed. 5 - 0
11.e) Amendment to Shakopee Public Utilities Franchise Agreement for
Large Power Users
Council Member DuLaney made a motion to approve the amendment,
second by Council Member Lara and the motion passed. 3 - 2
