INTRODUCTION
The request for vacation of easements, on Outlot A, Sherer South Addition, has been withdrawn by the
applicant, Bill Dom, in a letter dated April 20, 2004 (attached).
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the public hearing be opened and closed, and that the letter of withdrawal be
received.
ACTION REQUESTED
Offer a motion to open and close the public hearing, and receive the letter of withdrawal.
