Commissioner Matt Lehman made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by
Commissioner William Mars and the motion passed.

Partners
Commissioner Jay Whiting made a motion to approve Resolution No. E2021-004,
Authorizing the Acquisition of Certain Property from Scott County, Minnesota,
seconded by Commissioner Angelica Contreras and the motion passed.

Commissioner Angelica Contreras made a motion to approve a Facade Improvement

motion passed.
