Commissioner Matt Lehman made a motion to approve the agenda, second by
Commissioner Jay Whiting and the motion passed.

Commissioner Jim DuLaney and the motion passed.

Commissioner Jesse Lara made a motion to approve Entering into a License
agreement for mural on Lewis Street Wall., second by Commissioner Jim DuLaney
and the motion passed.

4.B. EDA Levy and Budget for 2024
Commissioner Jay Whiting made a motion to adopt Resolutions E2023-007 and
E2023-008, approving the 2024 EDA special benefit levy of$500,000 and 2024
