2. Approval of Agenda
Commissioner Matt Lehman made a motion to approve the agenda, second by
Commissioner Jay Whiting and the motion passed.

Commissioner Jay Whiting made a motion to approve the consent agenda, seconded by
Commissioner Jim DuLaney and the motion passed.

Approve the minutes from April 4, 2023. (Motion was carried under consent agenda)

4.A. Lease Renewal with Canterbury Chiropractic at RCC
Commissioner Jay Whiting made a motion to approve lease term extension and
have the Executive Director execute appropriate lease extension for the tenant,
second by Commissioner Matt Lehman and the motion passed.
