2. Approval of Agenda
Commissioner Jim DuLaney made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by
Commissioner Terry Joos and the motion passed.

Lehman removed 3.B. from consent.
Commissioner Matt Lehman made a motion to approve the modified consent agenda,
seconded by Commissioner Jim DuLaney and the motion passed.

3.B. Issue Plans for Public Bidding for Improvements to River City Centre
Commissioner Jay Whiting made a motion to approve Resolution E2023-001
Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for Bids for River
City Centre Renovation, Streetscape and Parking Lot Improvements, seconded by
Commissioner Terry Joos and the motion passed.
