Staff presented proposed new building plans that would have exterior storage to the rear. Adjacent neighbors were concerned about noise and lights at night from business that would operate twenty-four hours a day. They were also concerned that the existing berm currently blocks the operation of the dirt business. Eugene Hansen, owner, spoke that he would be providing screening along the berm. Another adjacent owner had asked if the berm could be extended onto their property and they could have some addition landscaping.
