1. Roll Call Present: Commissioners Forsythe, Sepulveda, Ranua, Robbins
2. Approval of Agenda Motion by Robbins and seconded by Forsythe. Unanimously
approved
3. Recognition by Board of Adjustment of interested Citizens - None
4. Consent Agenda
4.a June 2024 minutes Motion by Forsythe and seconded by Robbins. Unanimously
approved.
5. General Business
5a. Revocation of CUP for Vehicle Service and Repair at 936 First Ave East.
Staff presented that the property was sold, and it was to a user that would not be doing
vehicle repair at this location. The original applicant, who was the owner at the time,
had a greed that if he sold the property to someone that did not need a vehicle repair
CUP, that it would be revoked.
Commissioner Ranua made a motion to revoke the CUP for Vehicle Service and Repair
at 936 First Ave East under Resolution PC 2025-003, Commissioner Robbins
seconded. Passed unanimously.

8. Motion by Commissioner Robbins and seconded by Forsythe to Adjourn to
August 7, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Passed unanimously at 7:04PM
