Individuals may address the City Council about any item not on the regular agenda. Speakers are
requested to come to the center table, state their name and address for the clerk's record, and limit their
remarks to three minutes. The City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but
may refer the matter to staff for a follow up report or direct that matter be scheduled on an upcoming
agenda.

1. Roll Call Present: Commissioners Forsythe, Weiler, Sandhu, Ranua, Schleck
2. Approval of Agenda Motion by Schleck and seconded by Sandhu. Unanimously
approved
3. Call for Notarized Affidavits, Proof of Neighborhood Meeting and Sign in Sheet for
appropriate Public Hearings. We have
4. Recognition by BOAA of interested Citizens - None
5. Consent Agenda
5.a 2025 Meeting Dates and Deadlines. Motion by Commissioner Ranua seconded
by Weiler, approved unanimously
6. General Business
6.a PUBLIC HEARING - Conditional Use Permit to allow Exterior Storage and an
Overheight Fencing for the Amazon Fulfillment Center at 2601 4th Avenue East
Motion to open by Commissioner Forsythe and seconded by Sandhu. Unanimously
approved.
Staff presented the project that enlarges the truck parking area for trailers to the
west side of the building and adds a new fence and additional landscaping for
screening. Commissioner Ranua asked about potential impacts to possible
archeological items in the area and staff reported that Amazon would actually be
using underground storage in the existing basin so there would be minimal
disturbance.
Commissioner Forsythe moved to close the public hearing and seconded by Weiler.
Motion made to adopt Resolution allowing the use by Commissioner Weiler and
seconded by Sandhu. Approved unanimously.

8. Motion made by Commissioner Weiler and seconded by Sandhu to Adjourn to January 9,
2025 at 7:00 p.m. Approved unanimously at 7:17PM
