Council Member DuLaney made a motion to approve Resolution R2026-
019 A Resolution Adopting a Street Reconstruction Plan and Declaring
the Official Intent of the City of Shakopee to Reimburse Certain
Expenditures from the Proceeds of Bonds to be Issued by the City,
second by Council Member Contreras and the motion passed. 4 - 0

Council Member Contreras made a motion to recess for Economic
Development Authority Meeting, second by Council Member DuLaney and the

R2026-023 accepting monetary donation of $1500.00 from Sue
