Council Member Contreras made a motion to approve the agenda, second by

Council Member Whiting made a motion to approve the consent agenda as
presented, second by Council Member Contreras and the motion passed. 5 - 0

005, authorizing the adoption of the Alternative Urban Areawide
Review (AUAR) Update for the Jackson Township Development Area,
second by Council Member Dulaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
