Cox, City Clerk SUBJECT: Temporary Liquor License - Church ofSt. Mark DATE: September 15,2004 INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND: The Church of St. Mark has made application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for October 16,2004 for their Pork Chop Dinner. I have been in contact with the Deputy Chief of Police regarding this application. He does not know of any reason to not grant the license. Their application and certificate of insurance are in order. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Move to approve the application and grant a temporary on-sale liquor license to the Church of St. Mark, 350 South Atwood Street, for October 16,2004. I/Liquor/StMark
