Council Member Lara made a motion to conduct an annual performance
review of the City Administrator in closed session, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 13D.05, Subdivision 3, second by Council Member Contreras and the
motion passed. 5 - 0
At the conclusion of the closed session, the open meeting resumed. Mayor
Lehman stated that no action had been taken.

Council Member Whiting made a motion to adjourn to October 21, 2025, at
7:00 pm, second by Council Member DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
