II, dba BKJ Excavating, for the Weinandt Acres Drainage Improvement Project 5.k) Approval of the August 19, 2025 City Council Minutes 5.l) Ice Arena School District locker room upgrades. 5.m) Ordinance O2025-020 Amending City Code Section 32.20 Related to the Planning Commission and Repealing Section 32.23 of City Code related to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
