INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND:
The Church of St. Mark has made application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license
for February 5, 2005 (Winterfest) and for July 30 and 31, 2005 (Julifest).
Prior to his departure, I had been in contact with the Deputy Chief of Police regarding these

is no problem with these activities.
Their applications are in order and the certificates of insurance are in order.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Move to approve the applications and grant temporary on-sale . liquor licenses to the Church of St.
Mark, 350 South Atwood Street, for February 5, 2005 and July 30 and 31, 2005.
