Council Member Contreras made a motion to approve the Agenda with the
modification of reordering General Business so items 10.a and 10.b are
exchanged with items 10.d and 10.e, second by Council Member DuLaney and
the motion passed. 5 - 0

Council Member Whiting made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda,
second by Council Member Contreras and the motion passed. 5 - 0

Council Member Lara made a motion to adjourn to the Economic
Development Authority Meeting, second by Council Member DuLaney and the
motion passed. 5 - 0

10.a) Donation of AED SaveStation at Schleper Stadium - (item reordered).

Council Member Contreras made a motion to approve the donation of
an outdoor AED SaveStation at Joe Schleper Stadium, second by
Council Member Whiting and the motion passed. 5 - 0
10.b) Monetary Donation for Aquatic Programming - (item reordered).
Council Member DuLaney made a motion to approve Resolution R2025-
062 accepting monetary donation of $1500.00 from Sue Westegaard for
the Women's Water Safety Program, second by Council Member Lara
and the motion passed. 5 - 0
10.c) Ordinance Amending City Code Section 111.02 related to fence
construction and placement regulations
No action taken.
10.d) Final Plat of Richland Court - (item reordered).
Council Member Contreras made a motion to approve Resolution
R2025-067 approving the Final Plat of Richland Court, second by
Council Member DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
10.e) 2024 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, Audit Presentation and
Review by Abdo - (item reordered).
