Council Member DuLaney made a motion to approve Resolution R2025- 062 accepting monetary donation of $1500.00 from Sue Westegaard for the Women's Water Safety Program, second by Council Member Lara and the motion passed. 5 - 0 10.c) Ordinance Amending City Code Section 111.02 related to fence construction and placement regulations No action taken. 10.d) Final Plat of Richland Court - (item reordered). Council Member Contreras made a motion to approve Resolution R2025-067 approving the Final Plat of Richland Court, second by Council Member DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0 10.e) 2024 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, Audit Presentation and Review by Abdo - (item reordered).
