Council Member Jay Whiting made a motion to approve Consent Agenda with
the modification of pulling item 5.M for separate consideration, second by
Council Member Angelica Contreras and the motion passed. 5 - 0

5.m Ordinance 2025-013 Creating a Hotel Licensing Program
Council Member Jesse Lara made a motion to approve Ordinance
O2025-013 with the modification that the word "permanently" be
added to Section 118.04(A)(10) of the proposed ordinance, second by
Council Member Jim DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0

Council Member Angelica Contreras made a motion to recess recess to the
Economic Development Authority Meeting, second by Council Member Jim
DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0

Council Member Jesse Lara made a motion to adjourn to June 3, 2025 at 7:00
pm, second by Council Member Jim DuLaney.
Motion was withdrawn by Council Member Jesse Lara.
Council Member Jesse Lara made a motion to adjourn to May 20, 2025 at 7:00
pm, second by Council Member Jim DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
