Council Member Jim DuLaney made a motion to approve Resolution
R2025-034, a Resolution Approving the Comprehensive Plan
Amendment to Figure 4.60 Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) in
the 2040 Comprehensive Plan, second by Council Member Angelica
Contreras and the motion passed. 5 - 0
Council Member Jay Whiting made a motion to approve Ordinance
O2025-008, an Ordinance Approving Zoning these Properties as
Agricultural Preservation (AG) Zone, second by Council Member Jesse
Lara and the motion passed. 5 - 0
