Commissioner Jay Whiting made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by
Commissioner Angelica Contreras and the motion passed.

4.B. Facade request for 138 Lewis Street
Commissioner William Mars made a motion to Approval of a reimbursable Facade
Improvement Loan for 138 Lewis Street for replacement of windows in the amount of

$28,995, which is 50% of the cost of $57,990, seconded by Commissioner Angelica
Contreras and the motion passed.
