CITY OF SHAKOPEE Memorandum TO: Mayor and Council Mark McNeill, City Administrator FROM: Gregg Voxland, Finance Director SUBJ: Building Rental Rates DATE: March 29, 2005 Introduction Council is requested to review the building rental schedule in preparation for the Community Center expansion issue and the 2006 budget preparation. Background Attached is the building rental schedule. Council is specifically asked to review the life, maintenance and inflation factor used in the schedule for each building. The Building Maintenance function is preparing an analysis of future maintenance needs by building but that information is not available yet. Action Discuss and give staff direction.
