Councilmember Jay Whiting made a motion to approve Ordinance
02024-009, Amending Title XI of the City Code Amending Section
113.05 related to Pawnshop Licensing Requirements, second by
Councilmember Angelica Contreras and the motion passed. 3 - 2

5.b) Approve On Sale and Sunday Liquor Licenses for Mr. Pig Stuff LLC. dba
Mr. Pig's Smokery.
5.c) Road Maintenance Agreement for 160th street with Spring Lake

second by Councilmember Jim Dulaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0
