Ohman for SandVenture for additional work. 6.k) Union Contract for Police Captains 6.l) Minnesota Department of Transportation's Safe Routes to School Design Assistance Program Application Councilmember Jay Whiting made a motion to approve the consent agenda, second by Councilmember Jim DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0 7) Public Comment 8) Business removed from consent agenda 9) Public Hearings 9.a) Public Hearing for the 2025 Stagecoach Road Improvement Project Councilmember Jay Whiting made a motion to open public hearing, second by Councilmember Jesse Lara and the motion passed. 5 - 0 Councilmember Jesse Lara made a motion to close public hearing, second by Councilmember Angelica Contreras and the motion passed. 5 -0 Councilmember Jay Whiting made a motion to approve Resolution R2024-136, ordering improvements and preparations of plans and specifications for the 2025 Stagecoach Road Improvement Project CIF- https://shakopeemn.granicus.com/MinutesViewer,php?clip_id=52&doc_id=b065fdce-a753-11 ef-ab4b-005056a89546 2/4 12/11/24, 1:48 PM City Council 25-001 and accept a proposal from WSB for final design, and to direct staff to research options for turn-arounds and bring them back to the City Council, second by Councilmember Angelica Contreras and the motion passed. 5 - 0 9.b) Public Hearing for the 2025 Full -Depth Pavement Reconstruction Project Councilmember Angelica Contreras made a motion to open public hearing, second by Councilmember Jim DuLaney and the motion passed. 5 - 0 Councilmember Jesse Lara made a motion to close public hearing, second by Councilmember Angelica Contreras and the motion passed. 5 -0 Councilmember Jesse Lara made a motion to approve Resolution R2024-137, ordering improvements and preparation of plans and specifications for the 2025 Full -Depth Pavement Reconstruction Project CIF-25-001.
