Councilmember Jay Whiting made a motion to open public hearing,

second by Councilmember Angelica Contreras and the motion passed. 5

Councilmember Jay Whiting made a motion to approve Resolution
R2024-136, ordering improvements and preparations of plans and
specifications for the 2025 Stagecoach Road Improvement Project CIF-

25-001 and accept a proposal from WSB for final design, and to direct
staff to research options for turn-arounds and bring them back to the
City Council, second by Councilmember Angelica Contreras and the

9.b) Public Hearing for the 2025 Full -Depth Pavement Reconstruction
Project
Councilmember Angelica Contreras made a motion to open public
hearing, second by Councilmember Jim DuLaney and the motion

Councilmember Jesse Lara made a motion to approve Resolution
R2024-137, ordering improvements and preparation of plans and
specifications for the 2025 Full -Depth Pavement Reconstruction
Project CIF-25-001. Council directed staff to modify the project to
remove gravel edging, second by Councilmember Angelica Contreras
and the motion passed. 5 - 0

Councilmember Jim DuLaney made a motion to approve a recess for
Economic Development Authority Meeting, second by Councilmember Jesse

147, second by Councilmember Angelica Contreras and the motion
passed. 5 - 0
