One of the items on the agenda for the Joint Meeting of June 6t will be a discussion of
possible ways that SPUC and the City can further share services.
As most of you are aware, there are already services which the two entities currently

B. General Liability Insurance Coverage
C. Fueling from the City's fueling station at Public Works
D. Equipment Sharing
E. GIS/Data- between the City, SPUC and County
F. SPUC billing of the City's storm and sanitary sewer utilities.
G. Cablecasting of SPUC meetings
H. Provision of space for billing inserts
I. Commercial and Industrial Cross Conection Control Program
J. Updates with foreclosed/abandoned housing to prevent frozen water pipe damage
K. Use of State energy conservation funds for qualifying city projects
L. Water for fire department training exercises
M. Erecting City Christmas tree and street decorations
N. Street light maintenance
O. Street light relamping
P. Electricity for street lights
There are others, but these come to mind immediately. We look forward to a discussion
of other possibilities as a result of the meeting.
