INTRODUCTION
The Shakopee Police Department is seeking council approval to declare five vehicles as surplus property.
BACKGROUND
A description of the vehicles:
1. 1995 Ford Explorer, VIN: 1FMDU34X1SZA68610
2. 1995 Ford Explorer, VIN: 1FMDU34X6SUB77500
3. 1997 Dodge Stratus, VIN: 1B3EJ46X9VN664615
4. 1997 GMC Sierra, VIN: 1GTEC14W5VZ517749
5. 2000 Nissan Maxima, VIN: JN1CA31D1YT754938
The vehicles were obtained through successful forfeiture proceedings. The vehicles will be sold at auction.

the 1995 Ford Explorer, VIN: 1FMDU34X6SUB77500; the 1997 Dodge Stratus,
VIN: 1B3EJ46X9VN664615; the 1997 GMC Sierra, VIN: 1GTEC14W5VZ517749;
and the 2000 Nissan Maxima, VIN: JN1CA31D1YT754938 as surplus property.
