Introduction
The City Council is asked to accept the resignation of Police Records Technician Alison
Burstein, effective March 30, 2012.
Background
Ms. Burstein began working in the Police Deparhnent as a Community Service Officer in
December of 2006 and was promoted to Records Technician in February of 2009. She recently
submitted a letter of resignation to Chief Tate.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Council accept, with regret, the resignation of Alison Burstein from
her position as a Records Technician with the Shakopee Police Deparhnent.
Relationship to Vision:
This is a housekeeping item.
Requested Action
If it concurs, the Council should offer a motion to accept, with regret, the resignation of Alison
Burstein from her position as a Police Records Technician with the Shakopee Police Department,
effective March 30, 2012.
