Background I Staff is seeking a modest amendment the 2012 Pay Plan for Part-Time, Temporary and Seasonal Em lo ees. The ro osed chan e would modif the osition of "Outdoor Rink Attendant" to p Y p p g Y p just "Rink Attendant," granting the ability to utilize these employees to support tournaments, special events and busy periods at the indoor ice arena as we1L The pay grade for the position would remain unchanged. � Relationship to Goals i This item relates to Goal E: Deliver effective and efficient public services by a staff of well- trained, caring and professional employees.
