Michael Leek, Community Development Director SUBJECT: Presentation on CSAH 21 Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) MEETING DATE: November 8, 2006 INTRODUCTION: INTRODUCTION/DISCUSSION: Scott County and SRF were invited to present the DEIS to the City Council and the City's Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC). The EAC received the presentation at their last meeting, and is in the process of preparing their comments. In addition, staff has asked the City' s traffic consultant (Chuck Rickart/WSB Engineering Inc.) to review and comment on the DEIS. If there are substantial additions or changes to the draft comment letter the Council previously approved, these will be brought to the Council at its meeting of November 21 for action. ACTION REQUESTED: Receive the County's presentation on the CSAH 21 DEIS, and provide any input it wishes after receiving the presentation, 4~.d R.
