Mark,
I am writing to inform you and the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board members that I will
no longer be able to serve on the board. On September 9th I officially became a member of the
Shakopee Fire Department. Due to city policy and scheduling conflicts I will no longer be
able to perform the required duties of a Park Board member.
Though I am no longer able to serve on the board, don't be surprised to see me show up at the
occasional public meeting. It has been an honor to serve.this community on the Park Board.
It was a pleasure serving with the other members and I wish them luck as their work continues
to make Shakopee a great place to live.
Sincerely,
John Clay
