SUBJECT: Application for Tobacco License - Pancho's Bakery & Supermercado
DATE: March 30, 2004
INTRODUCTION:
City Council is asked to consider the application for a tobacco license from Francisco
Aguilar dba Pancho's Bakery & Supermercado.
BACKGROUND:
Application has been made by Francisco Aguilar to sell tobacco at 123 West 2nd Avenue.
For training purposes, Mr. Aguilar has advised that they plan on using the training
material provided by the City from Minnesota ASSIST, Minnesota Department of Health
and the American Cancer Society.
During the customary background investigation, the Police Department has learned of
nothing that would prevent the issuance of the tobacco license.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the application and grant a tobacco license to Francisco Aguilar dba Pancho's
Bakery & Superrnercado, 123 West 2nd Avenue.
