CONSENT
Shakopee Area Catholic School (SACS) has made application for a temporary on-sale
intoxicating liquor license on October 1, 2010. The annual SACS marathon fundraiser occurs
the first weekend of October. This year they are planning anadults-only event on Friday
evening in the school's gymnasium with entertainment, hors d'oeuvres, wine and beer, and a
silent auction.
The application and insurance certificate are in order.
The Police Department has advised that they are unaware of any reason to deny the license.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Move to approve the application and grant a temporary on-sale liquor license to Shakopee Area
Catholic School, 2700 17th Avenue East, for October 1, 2010.
