SUBJECT: Temporary Liquor License - Church of St. Mary
DATE: August 26, 2009
INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND:
The Church of St. Mary has made application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license
for their parish social on October 4,2009. The social will be held in the Shakopee Area Catholic
Education Center, 27001 ih Avenue East.
The application and insurance certificate are in order.
The Police Department has advised that they are unaware of any reason to deny the license.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Move to approve the application and grant a temporary on-sale liquor license to the Church of St.
Mary at 2700 17th A venue East, for October 4, 2009.
