BACKGROUND: All of the work for this project has been completed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is a Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $20,471.15 and the actual final costs of $22,941.15 for this proj ect. ACTION REQUESTED: Offer Resolution No. 5852, A Resolution Accepting Work on County State Aid Highway 17 Landscaping, Project No. 2000-9 and move its adoption. ~&ector BL/pmp MEM5852 RESOLUTION NO. 5852 A Resolution Accepting Work On County State Aid Highway 17 Landscaping Project No. 2000-9 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Shako pee on August 15, 2000, Minnesota Valley Landscape, Inc. has satisfactorily completed County State Aid Highway 17 Landscaping, Project No. 2000-9. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHAKOPEE, MINNESOTA that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved.
