Mark McQuillan, Natural Resources Director
It is with regret that I must tender this letter of resignation. Increasing job scheduling
conflicts with multiple part-time employers leaves me little or no time for meetings (or
preparation for the meetings). I wish the EAC well in continuance of its' mission and the
guidance of the City of Shakopee through the many environmental opportunities and
problems that will arise in this unprecedented period of growth and development.
