addition, Dale Glowa argued that a walking path and bike
path should not be placed in this business area as it was not
a good idea as he felt it to be unsafe.
300 residents of the community have signed a petition in
regards to their belief that the facts clearly demonstrate that
this business is a heavy industrial business. These
individuals have indicated that they want strict conditions
placed on the hours of operation, screening, and bay doors
closed.
Jeff Pumper has repeatable asked where his statistical data
on property values has been placed, and yet it is not
contained in the packet. A property value guarantee
condition, from Cannon Falls was presented at the Planning
Commission and yet this is riot contained in the packet.
What is happening to this information, and who on staff is
discarding valuable information for the public record?
I-States current application does not contain Sales as part of
their application. Storage of items not intended to be used
in line with the applicants business are not permitted.
Thereby, all generators and or bearing systems operations
are not permitted.
I -State has stated that they have tried to work with the
residential community adjacent to this proposed site, and
yet they have not changed any plans based upon the
concerns of these 300 plus residents.
