Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof WHEREAS, the aforedescribed property is currently zoned 1-2, General Industrial; WHEREAS, a public hearing concerning the Conditional Use Permit was held before the Inver Grove Heights Planning Commission in accordance with Minnesota Statues, Section 462.357, Subdivision.3 on November 21,2006; .' .. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY TH'E CITY COUNCIL OF INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, that a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for an Open Sales Lot, including; a Truck and Freight Terminal, Manufactwing and Assembly and Open'Storage is hereby granted subject to the following conditions: 1.
