Background This is a continuation of the Council's June 16th discussion. Discussion Staff will present 1) an overview of the operational impact/costs for Option A; 2) several proposed sites, 3) detail on financing options, and 4) a timeline/costs for a referendum. GENERAL ASSUMPTIONS: Operation expenditures are expected to increase by approximately 3%for the first 3-5 years. Revenue growth is expected to increase by 4-8% in the first 3 years and level off to 3%or less the next two years.
