INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND:
The Church of S1. Mark has made applications for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses
for February 14,2004 (Winterfest) and July 24 and 25,2004 (Julifest),
I have been in contact with the Deputy Chief of Police regarding these applications. These
events are something that have been going on for a number of years. There is no problem with
these activities.
Their applications are in order and the certificates of insurance are in order.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Move to approve the applications and grant temporary on-sale liquor licenses to the Church of St.
Mark, 350 South Atwood Street, for February 14,2004 and July 24 and 25,2004.
