SUBJECT: Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for the Parish of St. Jaochim &
Anne's Winterfest Event (F)
Action Sought
The Parish of St. Joachim & Anne has made application for a temporary on-sale
intoxicating liquor license for February 7, 2015 for their annual Winterfest to be
held in the gym and cafeteria located at St. Mark's, 350 Atwood Street South.
Staff received the application the morning of January 16, 2015 and felt it was
necessary to add to the agenda as soon as possible to receive the Department of
Public Safety's approval before the next council meeting. The application is in
order. Z have been in contact with the Police Chief regarding the application and he
has no issues with the approval of the license.

Move to approve the application and grant a temporary on-sale liquor license to the
Parish of St. Joachim & Anne, 350 Atwood Street South, for February 7, 2015
