After a discussion by the Mayor there will be an opportunity for members of the City Council to remove items from the consent agenda for individual discussion. A) Approve the Temporary Beer Licenses for Shakopee Lions Club (F) B) Authorize Purchase of 2,200 Additional Refuse/Recycling Containers (F) C) Authorize Inter -fund Transfers and Fund Closures as Detailed in Annual Audit for 2013 (C) D) Approve Pet Store License for PETSMART, Inc. (F) 5) RECOGNITION OF INVOLVED CITIZENS BY CITY COUNCIL (Limited to five minutes per person /subject. Longer presentations must be scheduled through the City Clerk.
