Due to the lack of shoulders and multiple turning movements in the area it is
recommended that "No Parking" signage be installed along both sides of Marschall Road,
from C.R. 101 to Bluff Avenue. This will facilitate a clear zone and safe traffic for
motorists. In addition, due to the street width, staff is recommending "No Parking"
control along Bluff Avenue for 300 feet west of Marschall Road.
AL TERNA TIVES:
1. Approve a motion to restrict parking on both sides of Marschall Road, from C.R. 101
to Bluff Avenue and Bluff Avenue, 300 feet west of Marschall Road, and direct staff
to implement the necessary signage to restrict parking.
2. Do not approve a motion to restrict parking on Marschall Road.
