Super Marcado Celeste Inc.

INTRODUCTION:
City Council is asked to consider an application for a tobacco license for Super Marcado Celeste
Inc., 590 Marschall Road South.
BACKGROUND:
Application has been made by Rutilo Osorio Jalapa of Super Marcado Celeste Inc. to sell tobacco at
retail at 590 Marschall Road South. Mr. Jalapa is purchasing the current business located at this
address, Samawi & Sons Inc.
The Police Department has conducted the appropriate background investigation and has found
nothing that would preclude Mr. Jalapa from licensure.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
If Council concurs, move to approve the application and grant a tobacco license to Super Marcado
Celeste Inc., 590 Marschall Road South, upon surrender of the existing tobacco license.
