No. 7418 (D, F) Action Sought Approval of Registered Land Survey for Parcels 27- 929003 -0, 27- 929004 -0, 27- 929006 -0. Background The Mdewakanton Sioux Community has requested a Registered Land Survey to combine parcels within the City that they currently own. The area is primarily wetland and is intended to remain wetland. Recommendation City Staff recommends approval of the Registered Land Survey. City staff from multiple departments have reviewed the application and have no additional comments. Budget Impact None. Relationship to Vision Maintains the partnership with the Mdewakanton Sioux Community. Requested Action Resolution of Approval for the Registered Land Survey Attachments: Aerial Map Leeal Descriptions and Final Survey Resolution of Approval RESOLUTION NO. 7418 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SHAKOPEE, MINNESOTA, APPROVING THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF MARSCHALL ROAD, WEST OF DAKOTAH PARKWAY AND NORTH OF THE MEADOWS AT MYSTIC LAKE GOLF COURSE WHEREAS, the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community, applicant and property owner, has submitted a request for approval of a Registered land Survey for property with parcel IDs of 27- 929003 -0, 27929004 -0, and 27- 929006 -0; and as: WHEREAS, the property upon which the request is being made is legally described See Exhibit #1; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHAKOPEE, MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Registered Land Survey submitted by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community is hereby approved, and that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept said Registered Land Survey.
