SUBJECT: Temporary Liquor Licenses - Church of St. Mark

INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND:
The Church of St. Mark has made application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license
for February 18, 2006 (Winterfest) and for July 29 arid 30, 2006 (Julifest).
I have been in contact with the Police Department regarding these applications. These events are
something that have been going on for a number of years. There is no problem with these
activities.
The applications are in order and the certificates of insurance are in order.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Move to approve the applications and grant temporary on-sale liquor licenses to the Church of St.
Mark, 350 South Atwood Street, for February 18,2006 and July 29 and 30, 2006.
