Action Sought
Move to approve the application and grant a temporary on -sale liquor license to Church of St.
Mark for July 26 -28, 2013, at 350 South Atwood Street.
Introduction and Background
The Church of St. Mark has made application for a temporary on -sale intoxicating liquor license
for July 26 -28, 2013 for their annual Julifest to be held at their parish grounds including 3rd
Avenue between Scott and Atwood Streets.
The application is in order. I have been in contact with the Police Chief regarding the application
and he has no issues with the approval of the license.

Move to approve the application and grant a temporary on -sale liquor license to the Church of St.
Mark, 350 South Atwood Street, for July 26 -28, 2013.
