SHAKOI'EE TO: Mayor and City Council Mark McNeill, City Administrator FROM: Lori Hensen, Records Clerk DATE: 07/16/2013 SUBJECT: Temporary Liquor License - Church of St Mark (F) Action Sought Move to approve the application and grant a temporary on -sale liquor license to Church of St. Mark for July 26 -28, 2013, at 350 South Atwood Street. Introduction and Background The Church of St. Mark has made application for a temporary on -sale intoxicating liquor license for July 26 -28, 2013 for their annual Julifest to be held at their parish grounds including 3rd Avenue between Scott and Atwood Streets. The application is in order. I have been in contact with the Police Chief regarding the application and he has no issues with the approval of the license. Relationship to Vision This Supports Goal F "Housekeeping" Action Requested Move to approve the application and grant a temporary on -sale liquor license to the Church of St. Mark, 350 South Atwood Street, for July 26 -28, 2013.
